Soft Shell Crab Recipe

Ingredients:
4  Whole Shoft Shell Crabs, cleaned
Canola Oil for Frying
Flour for dredging
3 Fresh Lemons
Maldon Sea Salt
Maldon Black Pepper
Tomato Batter
2 Tablespoons Sundried Tomato Paste
1 750 ml Bottle of Sparkling Mineral Water
375 g All Purpose Flour
Pinch of Sea Salt

Ingredients:

4  Whole Shoft Shell Crabs, cleaned
Canola Oil for Frying
Flour for dredging
3 Fresh Lemons
Maldon Sea Salt
Maldon Black Pepper
Tomato Batter
2 Tablespoons Sundried Tomato Paste
1 750 ml Bottle of Sparkling Mineral Water
375 g All Purpose Flour
Pinch of Sea Salt

Preparation:

Fry Soft Shell Crabs until golden and crispy,

approx. 3 minutes, flipping regularily.

Meanwhile, toss mixed greens with a vinaigrette

and garnish with cherry tomatoes, artichokes,

sindried olives and capers.  Arrange fried crabs on

greens and serve immediately.
